Housing Adaptation Grant — up to €40,000
If you or someone in your home has a disability or is getting older, the Housing Adaptation Grant pays for stairlifts, level-access bathrooms, ramps, downstairs bedrooms and more — up to €40,000 depending on your income. It is the largest grant most households will ever claim, and the one people most often miss.
